Return And Refund Policies
At Kaneesh Fashion, our goal is to ensure a delightful experience for you when choosing and purchasing your preferred Indian Ethnic Outfits. Although we work diligently to maintain customer satisfaction, there may be instances where you find it necessary to return a product due to circumstances beyond either party’s control.
We have provided comprehensive details below regarding our policy on cancellations and refunds. This information is designed to streamline the process for you, ensuring that if you choose to cancel your order or request a refund, you encounter no difficulties whatsoever.
About Replacements:
After fulfilment of the order, it is eligible for return and replacements only if damaged or sent wrong product. PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO IS MUST FOR RETURNS. Further:
- Replacements are free of cost for any DOA/Faulty products provided customer raises such requests from the portal at the earliest and within 10-days of the order delivery.
- For replacements, if reverse pickup service is not available from our logistics partners, then it is customer’s responsibility to send products back to Kaneesh Fashion at their own cost and risk.
- Replacements orders will be fulfilled again only once the claimed DOA/Faulty product has reached back to Kaneesh Fashion and has been validated by our representatives as free from tampering or tampering attempts.
- Replacements will be rejected for tampered products sent back to Kaneesh Fashion.
About Returns:
Products can be returned within 10-days from the order delivery date, if it falls under one or more of these categories (PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO IS MUST FOR RETURNS):
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA)
- Defective products (not working as per product documentation)
- Physically damaged products (Need to report within 24 to 48 hours from delivery)
- Wrong product got delivered to you than what you had order
A return occurring due to above reasons result in 100% refund of the item value, or a free of cost replacement – depending on what the customer opts for.
Return is not allowed for wrong or incompatible product order by customer. If in doubt, customer must confirm with our representative before placing order with us.
Most Important Points:
- Customer must record a uncut video of package of opening to facilitate ease returns and replacement in case of damaged product or wrong product is shipped.
- Customer must keep the items in original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags/stickers intact, user manual, warranty cards and all original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return / replacement.
- Concerned products must reach our warehouse in original packing, with original components, manual, accessories, warranty cards and materials as applicable, for our experts to validate them.
- A refund approval or replacement dispatch will happen after our experts have validated claims of the reason for return / replacement in the request received with Anrill Tech.
- For returns approved by our experts, refund takes about 5-7 business days to reflect in original method of payment.

All products returned will be tested under the supervision of an expert technician chosen by Kaneesh Fashion to ensure zero error return / replacement. Request against a returned product which is found to be functioning well, as per its product documentation, will be rejected.
